Bodyfat/Lean Body Mass Calculators

These are calculators that estimate your bodyfat percentage and lean body mass based on either circumference measurements (anthropomorphic method) or skin fold thickness measurements (Jackson-Pollock 3- and 7-point methods). Of the three methods the 7-point skin fold method is generally accepted as the most accurate, with the 3-point method slightly behind, and the anthropomorphic method being, generally, the least reliable. All of them, however, can be very useful tools in tracking your weight gain or loss and, therefore, the effects of your diet/training routine. Keep in mind that the numbers given by these methods are estimates and are subject to error, though they are usually accurate to within a few percent for most people.
