Thank you for such a magnificent site! Specially, thank you for providing information about the "natural" ways to a more healthful body. I found your site conducting a search on the incredible "Steve Reeves." I am slowly now educating myself on what might be considered "old world" methods for developing incredible physique. I cannot speak for me, but I wish to bring to your attention the name of an individual who has educated me inmensely in this regard. He's by no means "famous," but he's accomplished much. I AM GOING TO PASS THIS SITE ON TO MY FRIENDS WHO ARE ALSO HARDGAINERS AND BELIEVERS IN SHORT, ABREVIATED WORKOUTS. I HAVE NUMEROUS INJURIES FROM ACCIDENTS, MOSTLY WORK RELATED, AND THEY HAVE GOTTEN TO THE POINT WHERE I CAN NO LONGER SQUAT. I AM DOING LEG PRESSES AND DEADLIFTS THOUGH. Thanks for clearing up the crap that the muscle mags. spew out!! 12 yrs. ago, working out 6 days a week really did me more harm then good. So I ended up taking a break to rest for afew months. Then started up again only working out 3days a week. Thanks for making my future journey much clearer.

It will take me a long time to read everything on this site as there is a lot of useful information to absorbe. I don't just read it and go on to the next item right away just to try and finish what is on the site. I have to think about what I have read and try to compare it to my work outs. I find this site very useful as it seems to tell it like it is and not a bunch of B.S. as found in some weight training information.

Really like the site. Some of the info
is a little technical for dummies like me,
but on the other hand it is nice to see that
you have actually taken the time to do the research
and "think" things out. I also like the
general attitude of the site which seems to be, that you
give general recommendations based on your research, but
advise the reader to find out for themselves what works best for them.
It is a very refreshing change from the "do it because I say so", or "my way
is the only way", type of advice found on many other sites. Keep up the good work.
